"Real Estate Photography" is very different than photography. Photography is art. If you like what you create, then that is really all that matters. However, Real Estate Photography isn't subjective to one's opinions. Your photograph needs to be an accurate representation of property. It needs to show the proper balance between what your eyes see and what your pictures document. I use a wide array of strobe / ambient / flash, along with composites, providing accurate color and clarity to photos. Bracketing multiple exposures taken in the same ambient lighting can only get you so far.
I want a Real Estate Agent who uses my images to get more listings BECAUSE of my images. My pricing isn't reflective of the "Race to the Bottom" you see in today's competitive real estate market. I ask a premium fee and try to deliver a premium product.
