All attempts are made to capture each property's most attractive qualities. Sometimes that means changing an off-color bulb or blowing leaves off a driveway before capturing footage. Sometimes that means rescheduling a shoot to capture an amazing sunset. If waking up early to catch the sun rising above a stand of trees, then that is what will happen. These small details can be a crucial piece of the puzzle when vying to capture someone's attention. Part of my goal whether shooting video or taking photos is to 1) create something I'm proud to show others and 2) provide a service a real estate professional can leverage into gaining potential clients and more desirable listings.
